The Counter-Strike: Global Offensive developer team is certainly making things interesting for the CS: GO community. Last time, Valve had tweaked the pistols to rebalance and make as many guns usable in competitive play. In its latest patch, they have changed quite a lot of things particularly in the maps.
In addition to the map tweaks, they have also added a crosshair style that steam market csgo was originally used in the 1 . 6 and Source versions. The new crosshair (cl_crosshairstyle 5) will be emulating the same non-dynamic behavior of its classic predecessors.
For old players, this certainly will bring back memories on how to aim and shoot the “classic” style. On the other hand, newer players will get to know what it feels like how the old crosshair works.
The developers are indeed doing a great job of keeping their community in check; rebalancing the weapons and mixing things up a little bit. Like Valve’s other game, Dota 2, the players playing competitively will never get bored as the meta of the game is constantly changing which opens the game to limitless possibilities. This is the core of any good competitive game.
