My weaknesses is same to many person, always feel nervous and nothing experience, also, I think my English is poor, usually have the mistakes.
In my opinion, I will read more books, magazines and newspaper articles on clothing. Also I will Watch & learn from good speakers because it’s good for me to improve my English.
If I have a presentations I will keep in mind the reaction of the audience, moreover, smiley is important, because it’s my image. Also I think if the content simplifies, speaking a point is useful with audience. Speak topic first, then again the way pay own talk point, proof and methods.
I feel Voice's adjusting should is high is low, too slow or fast also will let audience feel boring or not understand, use common idiom as far as possible, add some sense of humor. If I forget and need to have a look of the note, I will might as well take a look generously and slightly, the absolutely not to is surprised
Have the appropriate look in the eyes contact and body language, Usually will write down first to speak a phrase, then perusal! Must do to like to prepare an effort, be filled with letter person to myself. Then invite family or intimate friend to hear my lecture in advance, and announce an opinion. As I have the time I will do to have another several times. Attend performance a little more, and make a speech item, go to habitually for often can't again surprised.
However, similarly in presentations, audience would have a positive impression of speakers.

題目是『現今社會的人對瘦身的看法』。
唔知在座各位對現今的瘦身潮流有咩睇法呢？有無人試過瘦身呢？雖然而家潮流ge睇法是，總之瘦就好。瘦 = 好、健康，其實又係唔係呢，至於我就反而對lee個 係又瘦唔係又瘦、總之瘦就好ge潮流有d保留。點解呢，若然你係好穩重ge，穩到十號風球都吹你唔郁ge，咁就梗係要調節一下啦。但係而家有d人居然只得
一百磅左右，單手都可以將佢拎起ge，但係就日日都聽到佢地話：好肥呀、唔食嘢啦、要減肥呀，咁其實會唔會覺得有d過份呢？其實瘦又係唔係代表一定好呢？瘦的人都可以係行為差、態度差、言談差，咁如果一個咁ge人喺你面前，你覺得佢係咩呀？我就覺得佢只係一個質素做得比較好ge塑膠model。至於健康啦，係唔係瘦就一定健康先，藝人瘦身成日都聽嫁啦，但係前x年有個藝人叫袁潔瑩呀，唔知你地識唔識啦？佢就係因為減肥而導致厭食症呀，一個正常人
166cm，但係只得70幾磅，真係大風d都吹得走呀，你話恐唔恐怖呀？
其實而家ge瘦身公司、纖體公司為咗搵錢，就不斷吹噓瘦就係好，不停灌輸肥就蠢、肥就懶、肥就一定無人鐘意ge觀念俾人，雖然我唔否認真係有咁ge可能，但係lee d觀念又係唔係完全正確呢？如果我地無獨立ge思想，就好容易俾d廣告蒙騙咗，所以我地唔可能盡信lee d廣告，其實最緊要係健康，如果病咗幾瘦都唔會靚。所以我覺得瘦未必一定係健康、係好ge。
