I feel like I am going to faint.

I have been reading the Harvard Business Review, Wikipedia, thousands of news on the same issue, faculty websites...

I haven't been so technical and scholistic in my whole life. I really learn something, but I feel like I don't get enough understanding on certain issue.I do not really have a stance on most of the issues, but then both negative and postive sides have to be prepared.

Well, the crazy people who only know how to shout but do not give real opinions are  really disgusting, which can be seen in the posts talking about these social issues. Some of them even don't know what they are fighting for. They just follow the crowd, and when they are challenged, they do not even have a concrete and precise explanation to strengthen their stance. How ridiculous these people are.

Take the unviersal suffrage as an exemple. (I don't have a stance on it as both sides have hindrance, but I just take one part.)

Some people hope for nomination by citizens(or whatever it's called). One major problem, however, is the extremely high adminstrative cost. People supporting this argue that we should not forgo democracy just for the cost, and they believe such plan is supported by most of the Hong Kong people. Well, I would like to ask: How about the grassroot? Does they REALLY support this plan, or they actually hope to receive the moeny that is used for nominations? To most grossroot, it is not the matter of whether nomination by citizens should be accepted. What they care is whether they can live. Sarcastically, they are ignored. And, those who always fight against the government policies are contradicting among themselves. On one hand, they demand more welfare given to the poor, but on the other hand, they support plans that used up a lot of reserve. Dos it make sense?

Okay. I am not saying the plan is not good, coz I believe democracy is something that everyone wants. But there are stil much to consider. I am just offering a perspective to think of, and there is no right or wrong after all. I am not blaming those who say 'democracy outweighs cost', but please bear in mind what you have said. I am just frustrated for those who are TOO demanding to the government, and those who love to fight just because the others are not in the same stance as them.

Alright. I am going to get into the Cross-Strait Agreement on Trade in Services and CEPA. Wish me good luck for the coming interview.
