Last Tips about the map work

Map/ Cartographic method Instructions/ Work to do
1 1:5,000 Do something according to instructions, e.g. colour the land
under 200 m. in green; shading: shade the residential land use,
etc.(c/o
2006 MC, map is found in the middle.)
2 1:20,000 Draw a large sketch (c/o 2005 Paper 1 Q 1), with the
outline
provided.
3 Aerial Photos & Map Identify some features e.g. farmland or urban
areas
from aerial photos & their corresponding areas on map, etc.
4 Graphs or charts Draw or elaborate the line graphs, bar graphs, pie
graphs or even flow charts etc cartographic methods.
5 Drawing Finish the drawing in major concepts e.g. complete the
drawing
of diagrams to show the formation of Andes; global warming etc.(c/o
your
drawing during last summer vacation)
