衷心感謝各位Lux Lady一直以來對MyLuxBox的支持和愛戴!由其是您們對於MyLuxBox服務的反應非常熱烈,令我們深感欣慰。我們十分榮幸能夠在每個月都為您帶來最新最潮的產品試用, 為平凡的生活帶來不平凡的驚喜。作為一間在港成立不久的公司,我們團隊竭盡所能,以搜羅全球最熱門美容產品為使命推廣給Lux Ladies。所以對於六月份的盒子將會成為您最後一個盒子的消息,我們感到非常無奈和惋惜。對於未能繼續提供MyLuxBox服務,我們深感遺憾及抱歉。
經已預繳七月份盒子及往後會費並想進行退款的顧客,請按以下步驟進行退款申請:

若您的上一次付款是在60天之內,我司將在您提交申請後的5個工作天內將余下款項退還至您的Paypal戶口。若您對上一次付款已超過60天,我們將會把您的退款申請移交Paypal處理,需時大約2至3個禮拜完成。
若您購買了親子盒,我們已為您完成退款。而購買了價值$170的親子及美容盒推廣活動的顧客請留意, 推廣活動內的美容盒子經已寄出,本公司將退還親子盒總額HK$95。
所有訂購美容及親子盒並已自動轉帳的會員將會收到Paypal關於自動轉帳取消的通知詳細。
所有退款請於2012年7月1日或之前辦理申請。

Dear Lux Ladies,
We are reaching out to you today to thank you for your support of MyLuxBox over the last year. We have been absolutely overwhelmed by the reactions we have gotten to our service. We are extremely grateful and humbled by your enthusiasm. We have tremendously enjoyed working to get you the latest and greatest products.
Unfortunately today we are also writing to let you know that we will not be able to continue providing our services in Hong Kong. As a startup we have truly tried everything we could do build a company doing what we love – getting you access to the best beauty products in the market. So it is with sadness we will be sending you our last box this June.
And for subscribers who have pre-paid for a beauty box subscription past June and would like to request a refund you can do so by following these steps:

3. Click ‘Apply’.
If you subscribed with us within the past sixty days the refund will be completed within 5 working days to your Paypal account used to purchase your MyLuxBox. If your subscription payment occurred more than 60 days ago, your refund will take 2-3 weeks to process as PayPal needs to support us to manually refund you.
For subscribers who purchased the Baby&Mum box, please note that you have already been refunded. As for subscribers who purchased the HK$170 Baby&Mum and Beauty Box promotion, your Beauty Box should have been sent to you and you have been refunded HK$95 for the Baby Box.
All recurring subscriptions (for both Beauty and Baby&Mum) have been cancelled. You will have received a notification of its cancellation.
Please note refund request need to be received by July 1st.
