一段時間沒有到上海了,環境變了很多,不變的就只是這裡的人一樣是那麼懶散,根本很難可以用人類兩個字來形容他們!媽的,我還有二十九天...神啊!救救我吧!光只是一天,真的不知道應該說什麼好了,就用一封我今天給上海經理的電郵來表達吧!
So appreciate for your help tonight! I've some opinion about the local co-workers, I'm not meaning to complain them, but I think they have some attitude or behavior need to be improve, for example, willing to learn, house keeping, answer question positively,showing more active, more responsibility....etc!
Please forgive what I said before, but these were what I've seen tonight! I know they're all new in NWA, but IAW the conversation between they and me, I know some of them have work in aviation for many years, but they seems showing me that they are lack of basic knowledge. I just know we're a team, need to work as a team, but I just can say, the most helpful guy is the mechanic which come from CASL!
Sorry to distrub you! But I just wanna our operation can run more smooth everyday!
