Yesterday was utter great as I ran with Simon , Edward and Beni . We just ran a short distance but Beni felt quite hard and challenging. It's absolutely impossible he felt arduous because we ran slowly and we could keep talking when we're running . Ultimately , Beni could still insisted on it  !! Good job man !
