http://cck-ship.ru/cck/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=15&Itemid=14 (in Russian only but you can see the pictures)
I suggest the first trip, Kievskiy Railway Station - Novospassky Bridge (or visa versa). It's 1.5 hours, tickets are RUB 400, boats go every 20 minutes (from 11:00 till 21:00). Driver can bring you to the starting point and pick you up at the final stop.
Good opportunities for pictures + not that hot.
4. Izmailovo Kremlin / market

You can have a lunch there, buy a lot of interesting stuff

Interesting stations - Mayakovskaya, Ploshad Revolutsii. Hotel receptionist probably knows more but any central stations are cool (you can have a trip on a round line, coming back to from where you started). Ticket is the same price through the all stations.
