今個早上是一個不算繁忙的早上~~有一個比較特別的是Rhabdomyosarcoma at genitourinary tract~checking後是屬於Embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma~~ ST:After chemotherapy has shruck the tumor,resect the tumor by surgery~~

另一位是NPC(Stage 3)~spread via lymph node~IgA/VCA 1:>100 ST:Chemotherapy:Cisplatin, Adriamycin and Bleomycin, IMRT Radiation is also suggested (refer to HKSH if necessary)

Next~有一位HCC上星期的report證實tumor直徑13cm~翻查他今年1月的history~發覺那時tumor只有直徑1cm~~由Stage1變了Stage3~he is willing to resect the tumor by surgery,although surgery is not the best therapy to him~~that's fine~he thought that he has the right to choose therapy

還有一位poor appetite,headache,dizziness...~suggested CT Angiogram
