Here's my new daily working time-table:
Warm up by myself in the MTR during I'm on the way to office, I need to read the AM730 to know all the news, recite all the property info, if have enough time, I will listen an eng song.
In the frist hr in the office, I will write down all the main points of the news in the TXT file in the ppc, and then check all the latest transactions.
and then cold call to all the owner who already sold out the flat yesterday,
follow and call back all the customers in my COLD- CALL Record book.
Seek out all the flats are great for selling and renting.
finish fifty cold-call to seek for new customers, I need to seek out two new customers who I can follow in each day.
I hope that I will have @ least one transaction per month, @ least have 10000 commission to my bank A/C per month. ^^
