Fujian Allied Frozen Foodstuff Co. Ltd. was founded and based in Fuzhou city, capital of Fujian province in China. The company specializes in eel processing since 1991.
Our company' s USD 15 million facilities include, 16,000 m2 plant for deep processing eel and other aquatic product, latest Japan made production line and instant freezing apparatus (IQF) as well as latest raw materials and finished product inspection equipment. All our facilities meet the quality standard of EU and USA FDA.
Our factory has an annual capacity of 5,000 tons for eel products and 4,000 tons for other frozen, smoked and processed aquatic product. The eel products include baked eel, frozen eels and smoked eels. We source our raw materials from professional and un-contaminated eel farms in China, Norway and USA among others countries. Latest Japanese technology is being used to ensure compliance with guidelines from the European Union aquatic product standard and American FDA.
We regard "product quality" as our Company' s motto. We obtain ISO9000 in 1996 and US aquatic product HACCP in 1998 from international authorities. In addition to that, we also obtained the environmental safety certificate from Quality supervision bureau of China in 2006.
