讓音樂融入生活。“Life to Live”係一系列由Shout Out同樂人地帶舉辦既band show。目的係組織一D有不同音樂類型既band show，令觀眾可以體驗到不同既音樂類型。４月３日係“Life to Live”既第一場，希望大家多多支持。

滾友
滾友成立於二零零七年五月初夏，為一隊香港獨立搖滾樂隊。樂隊由主音陳曼盈、結他手李永釗、貝斯手許達燊、鼓手蘇展聰及鍵琴手陳瑋洛組成，歌曲主題抽象而富想像力，曲風則具多樣性且帶有濃烈的實驗氣息。滾友的名字除了體現五人對搖滾樂的熱情外，其深層意義為一種態度：尊重及欣賞不同種類的搖滾樂乃至所有音樂，並致力攜手推動香港本地音樂的多元化發展。
GunYou is a five-piece Hong Kong indie band formed in May 2007. The band is highly characterized by its wide variety of musical styles such as progressive metal, art rock, and psychedelic rock, and its reflective, imaginative, and fictional lyrical contents. The line-up of GunYou comprised of Karen Chan (on vocal), Leo Lee (on guitar), Sunny Hui (on bass), Mike So (on drum), and Morris Chan (on keyboard). GunYou, as the name itself suggests, respects all rock-and-roll musicians and is eager to bring Hong Kong’s indie scene to a higher public level with all enthusiastic musicians.

ToNick is a 4 pieces Pop Punk band formed on 2006 by Ar Heng (vocal/guitar), Siu Gwai (guitar), Sun Hei (Drums) and Ryan (Bass).All of us met in POLYTECHNIC UNIVERSITY, but unfortunately 2 of us finally can't graduate becoz of putting too many time in music (yeah, the importance of music is always higher than study). We perform quite a lot of shows since we were formed. The band is still young but we like to perform in different places and enjoy music with different audience. We are now recording our first album !!Stay Tune!

Formed in 25th Aug, 2009. Speaka has variety of music styles, from typical UK styles (at least what I think it is) to college punk. Speaka just want to show that, music has no boundary.At the very beginning, when vocalist Ben was invited to one of his former band, he already knew that Aka is a great bass player that will give so much confidence to the bandmates while performing. Back then Ben was the drummer since they could not find an appropriate one - just before they found Shinji. And every things is settled when Fai's inspiring leads blended in.Although all four of them knew that they had chosen a rough path to walk on, they will keep proceeding to their dream - show their music to the world.
Perfect Mind
Perfect Mind組成於2009年四月，是由前Scratch樂隊的成員組成，包括主音Ed，結他手Kelvin和Bass手Keith。當時正籍於樂隊的低潮期，繼前鼓手離隊後，其餘的成員積極地尋覓新鼓手。可惜經過多次試音也未能找到識合的人選。直至有一天，他們認識了隔離Band房的鼓手Ah Lau，大家一拍即合，並開始夾cover歌來，之後更轉型為專心創作原創歌曲。往後四個月的合作裏，大家都認為需要多一名樂手去豐富樂隊的聲音。在一次偶然的機會下，從Facebook上認識了擁有多年電子音樂經驗的Derek，他的加盟頓然令整隊樂隊重生，大家一口氣完成了數首作品，並開始將自己的音樂續漸地傳開去… Perfect Mind的音樂集合了多種原素，現時的作品是遍向Hard Rock，Pop Rock及Electro，聲音帶有力量及旋律化。創作的題材主要圍繞社會故事與日常生活，希望藉此會啟發人對生活作重新的思考。將來，我們會利用不同的聲音作實驗，突破類型的框格，建立自己的風格。
Perfect Mind was form in April 2009 by former members from Scratch, which consist of Ed – vocal, Kelvin – Guitar, Keith – Bass. Back in time, it was the hardest period for the band. The drummer left the band, so they start recruiting new drummer. After numerous auditions they still could not find a suitable drummer. One day, they met the drummer next door Ah Lau and they start jamming covers. They were just like perfect match. The band eventually starts writing original music. Four months later, they think that the band really need additional musician to enrich their sound. They met Derek through Facebook, who has many years of experience in synthesiser and electronic music. His joining brings the band back in life. They then completed several songs within a short period of time and start distributing their music to others… Perfect Mind’s music consist of various elements, our current songs are towards Hard Rock, Pop Rock and Electro, energetic and melodic. Our lyrics are inspired by social issues and daily life. We hope our music would inspire new thinking to life. In future, we will experiment with different sound and hopefully to create a style never heard before.
