Nowadays,numerous people always spend their time on work or learning.
You know?This is only too strenuous to do this "wholesome" activities.
I don't deny these activities can bring some benefits to us.
For example,if you spend more time on your work,you may get a good opportunity of promotion.
If you spend more time on your learning,you may get the brilliant result.
Although these things can provide numerous benefits to us,they sometimes do harm to us.
Hey!Everyone,we're not superman!We can't work all the day.
Sometimes we need to take a break,then you can get your new power again.
If you always use your all-out effort to achieve your goals,you'll feel exceedingly tense.
So,my friends,I hope you can take it easy and take a rest during the process of your endeavour.
My English teacher told me:"you still have a long long way to walk."
Today,I'd like to share this sentence to everybody,namely my friends.
When you feel you're extremely tired,you can touch nature which can help you.
Now,you can try to imagine a beautiful picture in your mind.
This picture has sunlight,breeze,trees,sun and all that.
Oh~!How comfortable it is!
If you want to get some exciting feeling,you can change something in your picture.
You can use tsunami instead of trees.You can use gale instead of breeze.
An advantage of imagining spectacles of nature is that you can change something instead of something.
It can help you when you feel very tense as well as tired.
Maybe you can use this method to reduce your tense feeling when you encounter numerous stress.
You know?The nature is so marvelous!Haha~!
