天冷了  | |
天氣開始轉冷了,
昨晚是我第一次睡覺沒有開空調,
明天上學也要換季了,
有這轉季的時候,
氣管問題特別多,
所以所位有哮喘的好友,
緊記多添衣服,
不僅這些氣管有毛病的同學耍注意,
一些身子比較虛弱的同學也一樣,
加上近來常傳出禽流感疫情,
如果不好好照顧身子,
萬一病了便不好受!
