好耐冇打日記啦....

呢幾個星期..晚晚都失眠...成朝早7點先訓得著...

訓到4點幾起身...真係變廢人啦呢獲...

今日起身冇耐...同kai磚同啊銘個班去左食飯...

之後去左打陣機...返黎睇左陣楝篤狀王...

都3點幾喇....決定左...今日唔訓!!!要捱到12點訓!!

做返正常人啊...開始要行路啦...或者你講得岩...

對唔住呢...當初笑笑且過...我唔會再理任何人既野

只會去面對自己既問題..我信你會支持我既~~cc...
