2、腹部按摩。

寶寶肚子脹氣最好的辦法就是按摩腹部，這樣可以促進寶寶胃腸蠕動和排氣，緩解寶寶肚子脹氣。家長們應該將手洗幹淨，然後以肚臍為中心，沿著順時針的方向輕輕按摩腹部，每次五分鍾左右，但要注意手的溫度和力度適中，否則會導致寶寶不舒服。

3、給孩子做運動。
