| The Nike Kobe "Fade To Black" 2016 is also known as the "Black Mamba" Pack and is a special collection of thirteen sneakers to honor Kobe Bryant's final season in the NBA. It consists of all eleven Kobe signature shoes, the Huarache 2k4, and the Hyperdunk '08. Nike's "Fade to Black" Kobe pack, a sneaker retrospective honoring the final season of Kobe Bryant, is officially underway. The epic set began yesterday with the release of the "Fade to Black" Huarache 2K4, an all-white shoe that will be the lightest of the bunch. From there, it's all signature offerings save for the Hyperdunk '08 that Bryant wore, which will break up the pack about halfway through. After spending the early part of his career with adidas, Kobe Bryant joined Nike Basketball in 2003. Since then, he’s leapt over speeding Aston Martins for Nike and effectively branded himself as the “Black Mamba.” Kobe’s signature kicks often offer a sleek low top that contrasts against Bryant’s high profile, while offering designs that complement his calculated, reptilian style.
