The Air Jordan 3 OG Black Cement is set to make its highly anticipated return early 2018 for its 30th Anniversary. Originally released in 1988, the "Black Cement" Air Jordan 3 was debuted by Michael Jordan during his 1987-1988 MVP season, as well as during the 1988 All-Star Game in Chicago. Following its original debut, the classic Air Jordan 3 went on to re-release in 1994, 2001, 2008 and last seen in 2011. To this day, the "Black Cement" 3s are one of the most beloved Air Jordan model of all-time.
2018 will mark the 30th anniversary of the Air Jordan III. For the occasion, New Jordans 2016 will will release the Air Jordan 3 Retro in classic black/cement form. The classic colorway will be formed with classic branding, featuring "Nike Air" on the heel and Nike branding on the outsole like the original. Previous releases of the OG branded edition Air Jordan 3 Retro include the True Blue and White Cement. The highlight for this Air Jordan 3 will be Nike Air landing on the heel. Constructed with leather across the uppers while predominate done in Black, Fire Red lands on the inside of the tongue, Jumpman branding and other small detailing. Following is the traditional elephant print which lands around the toe and heel. Completing the look is Cement Grey and White accents.
Jordans 2017, It seems like the Air Jordan 3 "Black Cement" is one of the most talked about sneakers to make a return almost every season. We have no official information that hints another release except the fact that rumors are making waves that the shoe will return for All Star Weekend 2018. The most recent image of the shoe was back in 2013 where the shoe is remastered with premium black leather, elephant print with the iconic Nike Air branding on the heel switching out the jumpman logo that was replaced with the swoosh. The reissue of the Air Jordan 3 will come dressed in its original Black, Cement Grey, White and Fire Red color scheme. They'll come complete with classic Nike Air branding at the heel and outsole, along with Fire Red tongue lining, a signature seen on the colorway to complete the legendary look for the "Black Cement" 3s.

It consists of a Black leather upper offset by the Elephant print on the heel and toe mudguards, the Fire Red on the Jumpman on the tongue, lining, parts of the outsole and eyelets, the Cement Grey on the tongue, ankle collar and eyestay, the White and Black midsole and of course, the Nike Air branding on the heel in White.
