| Jordan Brand has plans to release the Newest Jordan Air Spike 40 in a few colorways that will start hitting retailers soon. As a surprise to some, the first color scheme to leak has a similar theme to the Dunk From Above Jordan Spike 40. Overall, the Jordan Air Spike 40 Low doesn't change much from the Mid. From what we can tell, the only real difference is the cut. For the first pair to be exposed, they feature a White base with Navy Blue detailing on the eyelets, heel and part of the midsole. Red is then placed on the large lace locks and Jumpman on the tongue. Other details include minor speckled detailing and a translucent outsole. Spike Lee and Jordan Brand are at it again with another Spike-inspired sneaker. Their last collaboration was the Air Jordan Spizike that got many different colorways and was a hit. The Spizike pulled elements from Jordan sneakers in its design, but they decided to go a different route this time. The new Air Jordan Spike 40 pays homage to Spike's 40 Acres and a Mule film production company in name, while Nike Air branding hits the heel. Instead of a mash-up of past Jordan signatures, the design stands out on its own completely separate from the new Jordan archives.
Come November 1st, Cheap Jordans 2016 will launch a handful of the Jordan Air Spike 40. One of the models to debut is the new Jordan Air Spike 40 Game Royal / Orange and guess what? They will have Nike Air on the heel. Dressed in game royal, total orange, white and black. Blue takes over the mesh uppers while you can see orange bleeding through. Metallic blue is added on the eyelets and heel that comes with a metal tread like finish. White and black combine to make up the midsole while orange speckles resides across the black area. Total orange is then used on the Jumpman and Nike branding. The lace toggle will feature Spike Lee’s face along with the number 40 and is then finished with a translucent blue outsole. What many of us didn't know until now, the Jordan Air Spike 40 will feature Nike Air branding on the heel. A model of the 2016 Air Jordan Retros is also said to release which will come in White and University Blue. This particular pair was originally scheduled for last month. Early reports showed the Air Jordan 12 receiving the PSNY treatment and now it's the Jordan Horizon's turn. We don't know much about the Horizon other than they take inspiration from the Jordan 13 and will be a follow up to the Future. The PSNY edition of the Jordan Horizon features a predominate black theme with hints of white throughout. The paneling is mesh with what appears to be a tribal like graphic. The last touch is the PSNY branding that runs down the tongue, Releasing in conjunction with Black History Month and Nike’s ongoing celebration of African-American heritage and excellence, strong design elements of the Air Jordan 13 shine through while the look noted in the famed Public School collaboration allows this aggressive yet alluring palette easier digestion.

| 2016 Air Jordan Horizon PRM PSNY AJ13, The Jordan Future took the Jordan 11 midsole but now the Future Horizon grabs inspiration from the Air Jordan 13. As you can see, the midsole is taken directly from the AJ 13 while the overall build resembles that of the 13s. The Jordan Horizon will shift into special edition mode once more with the release of this upcoming "Black History Month" pair. The sneaker looks rather like the first release, designed by PSNY. The upper of the Air Jordan Horizon is once again made up of a breathable mesh material, which makes it resemble the mesh version of the Air Jordan Future. Overall, the idea here is the same, but you'll quickly notice that the Horizon has a higher ankle cut and utilizes the segmented midsole of the Jordan XIII. It remains to be seen if these will be met with the same fanfare as the original Jordan Future, but they look promising so far. Expect these to drop in an array of colorways, including the styles pictured below, at the top of 2016.
