Have you no knowledge of it? has it not come to your ears?
The eternal God, the Lord, the Maker of the ends of the earth,
is never feeble or tired; there is no searching out of his wisdom.
He gives power to the feeble, increasing the strength of him who has no force.
Even the young men will become feeble and tired,
and the best of them will come to the end of his strength;
But those who are waiting for the Lord will have new strength;
they will get wings like eagles: running, they will not be tired,
and walking, they will have no weariness. (Isaiah 40:28-31)

Today!! i get up at 7:15a.m..@_@" Because i go to Hang On to see the volleyball match with 亞包.. When i arrive the Mtr station, i meet chocolate...>V<" We meet Kawai, Monkey, Chung in the gymnasium!! We also are super fans with Fk1 and MS! HAHA! The match is really exciting. Although Fk1 is lose, they have tried their best.. I think they have a behave-well. After the Fk1 vs mck match... We see other matches... cy defeat lks...unbelievable!!@@" But i agree that Lks behave badly. We also see the match for A grade girl.. But but it is a bit boring@_@" When the matches have finished.. We go back to Fanling and have a tea.. Then i go to Ar ki's home to practice my Account.. Because of my tired, i fall asleep @_@" i am sorry for Ar ki..>V<"!! At 5:00p.m..i can go back home..that's great.. I am really tired taht i should go back and sleep@_@" At night, i must do my homework!!>_<" I should study hard.. If i can study F.6..i should take part in the volleyball match again!! Everybody please study hard!! Touching Song!! Micky 唱到喊的歌!!
