The degree of accuracy is tenth place .
The tenth place has the place value 0.1 .
The maximum absolute error is ( 1/2 * 0.1 ) equals to 0.05 .
The lower limit is 12.5-0.05 equals to 12.45 .
The upper limit is 12.5+0.05 equals to 12.55 .
