I am really disappointed with my new job
I must be crazy & regret if I quit my previous job to join here
But I don't have choice coz my previous company was closed
Today, my colleague who joined this company on the same day asked whether I would stay here for long
I told her honestly I WON'T
I didn't tell her I am working hard for searching job again
Although I could acquire lots of techical knowledge which may benefit me a lot,
I hate the confused system here
They don't give me any confidence to work for them
We had to send out a proposal today by 5pm
However, my direct manager seemed not care about it
He asked us to attend a casual meeting rather than working for the proposal
After the meeting, Selina and I tried our very best to finish it
and he just wanted to leave as soon as possible
How come?!
And the working process for this proposal was so funny
Selina and I have asked many times whether there had a sample proposal for us
the answer is NO
Hey, Selina and I are fresh to the company
Actually, Selina joined this company only one week earlier than me
At least you should give us a format
The budget estimation was completely CREATED by us
