2009年2月18日，Aotodesk正式向媒體公佈了今年即將上市的製造業2010系列軟體，讓我們看
看其中關於Alias 2010的一些資訊。
全新的產品線
Alias 2010產品線全新整合， 並且重新使用「Alias」為產品名稱， 以前的AliasStudio、
DesignStudio、SurfaceStudio 等不再使用，取而代之的是更加具有市場針對性的
AliasDesign、AliasSurface以及AliasAutomotive， 分別針對產品設計、曲面設計以及汽車
設計三大市場。
全新的價格
除了最高端的 Automotive外，Alias其他兩款產品價格下調， 尤其是Design，增強的功能和
削減的價格，使之一躍成為市場上最具性價比的高級曲面建模工具之一。
Mac平台支援
Alias 2010系列產品是其跨越平台的又一大裏程碑， 上一次是從SGI移植到Windows，這回則
是涉足Mac平台，兩個平台並駕齊驅。並且Mac版的Alias 2010將擁有Windows版的所有功能，
兩者預計將於四月初同時發售。
方便高效的導航工具
在Aotodesk其他軟體中得到成功推廣的 ViewCube工具也被集成到Alias 2010之中，使你在三
維空間中的攝像機操作及書籤設置更加方便快捷。
可視化工具增強
一個包含超過250種材質與貼圖的全新材質庫將與大家見面，並且其同Showcase之間可以實現
無縫連接。
快速成型（三維列印）
導出快速成型的流程得到相當大的改善，並且在STL的基礎上， 還加入了ZPR格式的支援（用
於Z-corp.的快速成型機），甚至還支援材質與紋理的導出。
DWF輸出
DWF是Aotodesk的一種適合網上傳輸的輕量級三維模型格式， 可以方便的使用email發送並在
免費的Design Review中查看和標注，方便遠距離的團隊合作。
Alias Surface及Alias Automotive
高級曲面工具增強
一些高級曲面工具得到進一步的改進，以使高級模型師能更加方便自由地創建出A級曲面。
多樣性建模流程
NURBS建模和三維掃瞄數據的結合使用，並在得到曲面後對比評估。部分Mesh工具進一步升級
改進，使Mesh操作更加高效。
對稱性建模
