I have write down what I have did yesterday already in the last diary~
but it is very short!!^^~so I will write a longer one!!

yesterday in the morning~ I woke up at about 7:10 am, I thought that was very late already!! because I have to go to the 田徑隊 yesterday!!~~I felt very exciting at the day before Friday already!
y I need to go to 田徑隊??~~that was because I promise *Wong Yuen Tung to go to there with her!田徑隊 needs to go to school at 7:30~~ if not my daddy help me to line up at the minibus stop first~~I think I will be school very late ga la!!~~~~thank you my father very much!!!

*Wong Yuen Tung(don't know if it is spell like this)~~her english name is--Adrill. I knew her one 26/8~ form orientation day!! She's came from Heep Yunn Primary School. She is good at many different things! She knows how to plays piano and violin(same as me)~~ she plays piano very well!!!    She's also very good at sports~ good at running, jump far, diving, 滑浪風帆(or 滑浪, not sure~)...... many, many~~ can't count all out!
I made friends with her!!!(=^.^=)~~ so I'm very happy!

my father still didn't know that I have gone to the 田徑隊 yesterday!!!!  ~~because I don't want him to know about that!!!:D     so how could I brought the PE uniform but didn't let my father know~~ I told him that I didn't know if we need to wear that uniform also when we in the PE lesson(because we just need to swam on yesterday's PE lesson).

Although my father helped me to lined up at the minibus stop~ but when I arrived school~~ it was 7:38am already!! I have late for 8 mins.!!  and I still need time to change~!!! Lukily, Adrill Wong have waited for me!!!^^ so we went down together. ~~and we changed up as fast as we could. After that~ we go to the playground that was behind the SIP building~~. We needed to go jogging yesterday!!~ I'm very happy about that!! because I think my most good thing is jogging!!!    When we're jogging~ Mr. Lam (which is the 田徑隊's teacher) told us to do lots of different acttions!!~~~I thought that was very great and fun!!!!

After that , we felt very tired~~ so we went to the changing room to chage back to the uniform.

When I go back to the classroom~ I drank some water, then I went to ask Adrill Wong what she wanted to eat for lunch, because she would go to my home after school yesterday!!!

After the bell rings, our class teacher came to brought us to the chapo(where we pray~ just like church but smaller than that) to have the assembly.

Then~when we went back to our classroom, we quickly took our swimming things with us, and went down to the swimming pool. ~~~We first put down our shoes outside the changing room, then we went into there to change our to our swimming suits. Many of my classmates just change outside besides the banches (in the changing room)~~but I think that is not very good, so I go into one of the bathing room to change. A few of them also change like me~~~

because I couldn't find my gogos at first~ so I change a quite long time! Later~when I'm trying to put on my swimming cap~ the teacher(Ms. Cheng [miss #]) called the class captain to come in to the changing room to call us faster go out. So I ask a classmate to help me to put one the swimming cap~ and went out to the swimming pool fastily.

When I go out~ I ask Donna Lai to help me to put on the gogos~ but because my gogo is too small for me~ so it broke!!!     Lukily the safe guard of our swimming pool-- Miss Lai~~ have some more gogos left~~ so Ms. # ask me to borrow from her. I borrow that one is black~ and it is quite fit my size~ also very comfortable!    After we did some warm-up exercise~~ we go into the swimming pool la!!!!

before we go down(to the swimming pool)~ Mx.# ask us to two people form to a group~ then one will be the person A, the other be person B. person A needed to go down first~~~~~~~~~

I group with Donna Lai. at first I said I wanted to be person A, then when I knew that A needed to go down first~~ I quickily standed behind Donna!!!  so she couldn't make me down there!!!    Finally she went down to the pool first. She said it is very cold in the water~~ but a few minutes later, B also needed to go down~ I thought the water is very cool, comfortable for me!!!

In the whole lesson of that PE lesson(swimming lesson), we needed to swam over the pool for a few times(about 6 times)~~

When the lesson finished~ we quickily went to the changing room to changed our swimming suit back to uniform of Heep Yunn. Because it is almost the next lesson~ so we need to changed our clothes very fast!

I finished change my clothes and went back to the classroom. The next lesson is English lesson~ it is taught by our class teacher (Ms. Wong). She was looking at the corridor~~ waiting for us~

During the next two lessons(English lesson), my left hand felt very  very tired!!! Because I haven't been to swimming for very long time already!! at least, just past that whole summer holiday I haven't been to swim for once!!!!(means that I haven't swum for one year already!)

my left hand felt very tired~~~ but sometime later~~ it is more better la!!!

I later will write another one about yesterday!! but not talk about in school!!
