today i had to practise basketball......i was excited to join it because a new MISS who teaching us baskeball is fabulously. I knew i was very old among the team.because i am 18. However, i dun think my physically ability worse than them. Unfortunately, practise make perfect is true! They made progress a lot but i still that cheap..! OH..SHIT¬! WHY? I dun think i dun have enough time to touch such lovely ball and i am enthuasitic in it, how Come? I dun know why.........quite depressing...         

THE first reason was breaking down my right arm .......... so i missed the precious lessons....godness....i really want to be a great player.

Um....the next.....i think i could not change my style to do it better....if i face  enimes who dun know me...i will play better.......i dun know why.... maybe...my skills are not good enough to be a A grade player........so down....

Next monday, we will have a competition, i must make a fantastic show ..... and try my best to get maxium marks. Calm down....Concentrate.....Considerating.......are wt i need.....i must avoid mistakes and do the good job........This year, i must be a sparkle player on sport field!
