After working hard for a whole day, I've marked 4 classes already. I'm so tired and exhausted. It seems that it is a marking marathon... >.<

May I explain my marking scheme of the writing exam here.

Question 1:    Different uses of mobile phones / article
Question 2:    Teen problems / letter of advice

If you only want a pass, you should choose question 1; otherwise, you should choose question 2. It's much easier to obtain a higher marks.

If you write something out of the topic, I will fail you - some of you still get a pass because of good grammar.

For Q1, if you only copy all ideas from the mind map (of course it has to be written in complete sentences), you can only get a pass. If you add some own ideas, you can have a better result.

For Q2, if you answer the problems by only 1-2 sentences, you will just get a pass. If you answer the problems with a detailed solution, you can have very high marks (only if you've got a good grammar)

等我講講我ge評分準則：

如果你只係想勉強合格過關就ok，咁你就應該揀Q1。否則，你應該揀Q2。

一但作文離題，就立即唔合格(當然都有例外，但你要grammar用得好準確)。

第一題，如果你淨把mindmap上的資料一口氣抄哂落去(但必須是用原整句子去寫)，咁你就應該合格。如果你0係呢堆基本資料上再加一D自己ge創意，咁你都可以拎到好高ge分數。

至於第二題，如果你在解答problem時只用了1-2句短句去答，咁你最多都係低分飛過。但如果你可以好有深度咁解答疑難，你都會好高分(當然又係要grammar用得準確啦)。
