我今日個鼻就係咁流鼻水,又係咁打"kachui"姐係噴嚏!
打到人地見到都問我要唔要返屋企休息一下喎。
哈!我冇事bor~成日都係咁ga啦...流鼻水....雖然好密..但我都未有頭痛等徵狀......
我諗我都未係好serious既。

媽咪整左一樣好好味既"星周炒米"俾我呀~仲有我最中2既西蘭花添呀
尋日我個好朋友突然之間打電話俾我話去跑步,
 ..雖然我白白完左,
又set左個頭諗住可以變身轉下個髮型咁之嘛。
 一齊跑步步呢~
7:15pm佢就到左我樓下lu,我地就開始跑過去兆康喇。
哇~死火喇...唔知係唔係冇做到warm up...跑得唔係好耐我就開始冇氣喇。
我個腦係到諗我一定要跑到過去兆康先得ga!如果唔係佢過到黎又唔係跑,
咁就唔知點可以練到氣喇!!!
最後我都係跑唔到過去...好失敗呀
我本身諗住約人今日先跑,點知尋日就俾人date左喇。
都唔知仲跑唔跑好呀= =''
跑步時我冇"窄"起d hair,佢就話我放左頭髮落黎唔認得我bor~
又係既...我地咁耐冇見。
頭髮香噴噴咁跑步...個人都精神d啦~一路跑我都冇"窄"起佢地...好似唔"窄"跑都ok呀!
去到西鐵站......隻腳軟軟地......oooooo~好"支力"呀。
我地搵緊個洗手間..唔知係邊到呢?
then我地就過左去卓爾居到買野飲喇。哈!d野真係好好味呢~
after that我地就行另一條路返屋企喇。
又hea左一陣,返到去10點lu~say goodbye之後你就走左去同d車比賽......
woo~好勁呀....返到去都未有車bor~好得呀!
又傾左一陣電話,要飲一碗我好唔中2飲既湯...唔仔呀!
你就有糖水飲...我就飲.....
11:30再次通電~傾到12:30am先訓.....因為好飽...呵呵呵!係唔係呢。
