After a long day work, I just want to sit in a cozy and warm restaurant, having a wonderful dinner to comfort myself!
Yesterday I chose to go check out Dabyida restaurant & bar again because it is very conveniently located. Situated in Tsim Sha Tsui and very close to the MTR, you just need to walk around 5-10 mins from the station. Also It opens till 0300 for every Fri and Sat and also till 0100 for Mon to Thu. That would be a great news for those who needs to OT but still want to fine-dine in late evening.
I came here with my lovely friend, who is also a steak lover and she can join me after finishing her 7:30pm movie.
Menu has a bundle of good choices and we chose 2 main dishes finally. Here we got Scallops Risotto and Beef Tenderlion.
Scallops Risotto
Risotto with grilled scallops and mixed wild mushroom ream sauce
Scallops Risotto comes with cheese and mushroom. It was good but a bit small in portion. It seemed like more of an appetizer portion. However the taste is good and the Risotto is soft and wet enough. YUM!
Beef Tenderlion
Grilled prime 8 oz beef tenderloin served with baby spinach and blueberry demi-glace
The Beef tender comes with potato and vegetable as side dishes. We've got our medium rare and it was spot on. Price is not that lovely as it costs around HKD 300 without soup, appetizer nor drink. The presentation looks great and the portion is enough for 2 gals.
Taste is really good. Meat was tender, flavourful and definitely enjoyable.
Overall, it’s a pretty nice place to go for steaks and risotto. No set dinner provided and you have to order A-La-Carte. The quality is consistent general speaking.
There will have a 15% discount on main course after 9:30pm for Dabyida. A great news for those OT buddies! Cheers!
