This is my first time to join a outdoor adventure challenge camp.
I really had an unforgettable and joyful experience as I could be so close to the nature, enjoying fresh air and finishing all those tasks. Some of the missions are challenging, such as "Square Challenge" and "Wilderness Survival Challenge".
At the first day of the camp, the "Square Challenge" took our team quite a long time since we did not cooperate well, everyone was just expressing their own opinions and each of us may not sure how to do. Although we failed this task, I thought it could help us building trust among team members and it actually did.
At the "Wilderness Survival Challenge", all the team members have their own abilities, some performed as a leader or a responsible team member, while other was giving support or advice. Each members was willing to contribute to the team and did a great job.
In my opinion, trying to respect others, having a consensus and willing to cooperate well with others are the main points, which allows me to be an accountable team player. Trusting my team members as well as decisiveness may also help me develop myself as a better team player.
