It hasn't been a good day for a lot of my students.  News reached me about some students not being able to reach form 5 as planned.  This has saddened me quite a bit.  I take it as my failure as a teacher for not being able to help them in obtaining a better grade.

Yet there is light at the end of the tunnel, those who didn't do well did weep...  To me this is a good sign.  It shows that they are not defeated.  They may be sad, but their tears shows that they are not satisfied! 

A word of advice from an old dog, I have wept just like you did when I was young, the tears are important to your future growth... but what is more important is what you shall do in the future.  Are you going to stay inside and cry forever? or are you going to wipe the tears and bravely head out keep on fighting?

I made the latter choice and here I am... What is your choice?
