2. 週刊的封面多以該期之熱門話題為主，或是以娛樂圈的話題為主。然而，許多週刊為了增加銷量，不惜一切把封面設計得極具吸引力，從而引起市民大眾的關注。《壹週刊》屬於一本娛樂八卦的週刊，它的封面一向都是以娛樂圈的話題為主。雖說娛樂圈是非多，但也並不是代表它能任意設計週刊之封面。就以以上（答案"1"之圖片）之封面為例，它有必要把封面設計到這個模樣嗎？有必要用上其字句嗎？從青少年的角度來說，由於現今社會比以前更開放，所以他們可能不會覺得有什麼問題。相反地，從家長的角度來說，家長們一般都會認為這些都屬於淫褻及不雅物品。這週刊在多地方都能買到，包括：便利店､書報攤､超級市場等。若一個小朋友拿起這週刊來看時，問他的父母：「這個人在做什麼？什麼是3P？」這後果可能是很嚴重的。有些小學生對這週刊封面上的內容懷有好奇心，便會買下這週刊，跟著週刊上的內容來模仿。更甚的是，由於現今科技發達，小學生會利用互聯網去搜尋有關週刊上的內容的相關資訊。我認為這週刊有著不應該有的色情內容，週刊也不一定是以色情的封面來增加其銷量。即使改用其他極具吸引力之封面，也定能增加其銷量。

線上遊戲往往都能吸引不少青少年的喜愛，有些青少年把線上遊戲只當作是玩樂性質；有些則是已經玩樂成癮，不能自拔。就以《魔獸世界》為例，這線上遊戲採用了全真實3D構築而成的魔獸世界，畫面風格卡通而明快，整體和諧而美麗，令玩家彷如身處在遊戲的虛擬世界裡。此遊戲的故事性強，劇情十分的緊張，需要完成任務才可闖關。不少青少年都沈迷在《魔獸世界》的虛擬世界裡，努力地闖關，賺取虛擬的金錢與道具，從而得到「成功感」。然而，這遊戲令不少的青少年都忽略了自己的學業和健康。他們可以連續多晚不睡覺，不斷地闖關，以增加經驗值，提升人物定的等級；嚴重的，更會選擇不回校上課，一直在家中玩樂。若把線上遊戲當作成一個發洩的工具，能讓自己的一切都盡情地發洩出來，令自己的壓力和情緒都能得以平衡。其實，線上遊戲不一定是對青少年有害的，只要自己好好地運用自己的時間，在休息時才玩樂一會兒，讓自己放鬆一點，不要過份沈迷地玩樂。若過份沈迷地玩樂，不但會影響自己的生活習慣，也會同時地影響自己與家人的關係，令父母們每天都要擔心自己的子女。

2. The poverty, which is the minority group in the society, had to hardly survive in the materialism society in the past. Since more communicating networks offer to the public, the low income group has more opportunity to access and communicate with friends and the public in a more low cost fee. Through the networking platform, they can express their opinions on public affairs, letting more and more people browsing their website, spreading their opinions out to the public. The gap between low and high income group become narrower, since they can become friends, share their own feeling and experiences throughout the Internet. Besides, many news reporters are using the web browser to search for some important information. Some of the TV program directors may use the minority group’s stories to produce some TV program, aim to let the public listen to their voice. Those broadcasting and celebrities can start off some reality show by using the scenarios that those poverty gone through in order to raise the attention to the minority.

 香港電影製作多年。近年來，港產片的票房數據有一直下降的趨勢，很多不同類型的外語電影紛紛地流入香港的市場。究竟港產片為何會變得不被受歡迎？

1. 盜版事業猖狂

近年來，盜版問題日益嚴重。不論是剛剛上映的電影或未上映的電影，都可以出現盜版的光盤。盜版的出現，是因為有一些不法之徒用一些不法的途徑去取得該電影，然後燒錄及製作成無數張的光盤，以一個很便宜的價錢售賣出去，從中獲利。正因如此，大眾市民便可以以一個較便宜的價錢去觀看某一齣電影，導致港產的票房數據有一直下降的趨勢。

2. 侵犯版權問題仍未被完全解決

現今科技日益發達和先進，一些不法之徒便不借去建立一些軟件去令所有人都能用一個免費的渠道非法上載及下載。就以BT為例，它是利用一種「分享」的方式去與別人分享一些檔案，那檔案被稱為「種子」。在較早前，有不少的新聞是報導有關BT「種子」散佈許多侵犯版權的電影的事宜。此問題遲遲未被解決，雖然香港警方已盡力地於網上捉拿及拘捕涉嫌侵權的有關人士，但直至現在，在BT裡仍有不少檔案的「種子」是侵犯了版權的。

3. 通漲問題日益嚴重

近年來，香港正面臨著一波又一波的通漲問題，令市民大眾的負擔大大增加。食品價格不斷上漲，交通費也不斷地加價，什麼都在上漲，令市民大眾吃不消。加上港幣貶值，市民大眾的生活負擔增加了不少。正因如此，很多人都用盡所有的方法去省錢。很多人都知道購買盜版光盤是違法的，但由於盜版光盤的價格比正版光盤的價格便宜很多，所以很多人為了省錢都會選擇購買盜版光盤。

4. 電影門票價格不斷上升

在80-90年代，電影門票價格只是約港幣30元正左右。現在，電影門票價格是約港幣60元正左右，或是更高既價錢。正因如此，很多人都選擇購買或租借光盤，除了價錢便宜外，還可以與家人或朋友一同觀看。

以上種種的問題正反映著港產片為何會變得不被受歡迎，亦反映著香港電影業正面臨著的問題。

Compare the differences between Traditional Media and New Media. Why media literacy or education is important? Give your comments.

Nowadays, many people tend to search for information on the internet .New Media is rapidly becoming the mainstream across the world. Why traditional media had been changed to New Media? By comparing the differences between Traditional Media and New Media, first of all, the cost for New Media is cheaper than Traditional Media. New Media released the most updated news through the internet immediately, so the cost of it is just a little amount of money. On the other hand, Traditional Media needed to publish the most updated news on the next day (except an extra edition). During the process of publishing, it involved a lot of manpower and the cost of resources is very high. Secondly, the news’ contents for Traditional Media are more detail than New Media. Because New Media need to release the most updated news immediately, so the publishers may just type in the main points of the news only. On the contrary, Traditional Media gave the details of the news because they had more time to prepare for it. Lastly, New Media (e.g. Facebook , Twitter, Forum, etc) can provide  the communication channels for the users leaving comments. Yet, Traditional Media (e.g. Newspapers, Magazines, Catalogs, etc) can just let the readers read only.

        Media literacy or education is very important nowadays. Most of the updated news is known from the internet. For example, the news of 311 Japan Earthquake, all of the news of it is known from the media. Also, the TV programmes are always telling us the knowledge about the risk of nuclear radiation. It is very important for this kind of education, telling the public how danger when people absorb excess amount of nuclear radiation, because most of the public didn’t had any knowledge about it.

        To conclude, I think Media is part of our lives nowadays. No Media, no updated news. No Media, no knowledge can be learnt. No Media, no communication with others.

以上廣告是想透過在做瑜珈的高難度動作時的停頓，來表達出一般的影印紙在影印時很容易卡紙，但只要用Double-A的影印紙就不會出現這樣的問題。雖然這個廣告很明確地表達出其意思，但仍有一些不足之處。

一：瑜珈和影印紙完全是兩樣不同性質的東西，不能相提並論。

二：在現實生活中，不可能出現一個可以由機械人變成的影印機，此實屬跨大事情。

三：影印出來的東西不可能會是廣告中那位嬰兒的模樣，不可能會這麼的生動，更不可能會發出哭泣聲。

四：影印的速度不可能會這麼快。

      From this picture, we can see some elders of Hong Kong shined shoes for some White collars in Central.  Why I select this picture as a piece of good photo-journalism? It is because this picture can clearly bring us a message of how hard our Hong Kong people worked in our previous Hong Kong. Furthermore, we can clearly notice the wealth gap between the rich and the poor in Hong Kong. Moreover, Hong Kong people are fighting for their lives every day. This kind of fighting spirit is very good for us to follow and learn.

      我認為上述之組圖均違反了道規範。

一. 這報導可能是真實的，但也並非一定是準確和全面的。

二. 即是那些是犯了罪的囚犯，但他們終究與監獄看管人員一樣，都是人頖。強迫囚犯們去做一些他們不想做的事，已屬沒有尊重他們的意願；更甚的，把這些過程拍下一張又一張的照片，然後刊登於網上及報章上；這些均沒有尊重他人，囚犯們也是有尊嚴的。

三. 右上方圖的，並沒有尊重已逝世的囚犯。圖中的女士面帶笑容，感覺她好像是玩弄他人及沒有尊重死者。

答：

1. 如果我是報刊總編，我會刊登其報道，以澄清整件事件的真相。從負面的角度去看，若該報道是有關我老闆的負面新聞而又是一宗真實性的新聞，這新聞的影響性定必是非常的深遠，還會影響其生意。這樣雖會影響我老闆與報社的聲譽，更甚的還會因為我老闆與報社的聲譽受損而導致報社倒閉。相反地，從正面的角度去看，我認為刊登其報道是非常有利於我報社日後的發展。是次之報道是有關我老闆的負面新聞，我理應刊登整件事件的來龍去脈與真相。因為我相信每一間報社都有一定的讀者數量，而讀者們的眼睛是雪亮的，他們定必能分辦是與非。刊登該報道，會令我報社的生意便會增加不少。再者，以現今社會科技發達的程度，我報社一但報道該新聞，其他報社定必會跟著我報社報道該新聞，藉此來「搶生意」，更甚的還會跨大和扭曲該報道的內容。因此，我認為刊登該新聞是必要的。除了各大眾市民澄清這一切外，還可以令我老闆日後抬起頭做人，不用躲避傳媒的追訪。這樣的一個面對負面新聞的態度 - 勇於承認過錯，我深信會令大眾市民對我報社會有另一番的看法，從而增加我報社的生意。

2. 商人辦報無疑地會有不少的難處。在於報社方面，有些報道很多時候都會有一定的影響性或是一個新聞的焦點，報社雖很想刊登其報道，但基於有關人士不想其報道曝光，便會用錢去買新聞，以免影響有關人士自身的聲譽。就是因為這個原因而令到報社處於兩難的局面，一方面報社很想刊登該報道，另一方面則被牽著鼻子走。再者，在報社刊登新聞前，都必先要考慮很多的因素：會否影響其生意？ 用字會否太過火？標題是否恰當？等。若報道非屬實，報社很有可能會被控告。就以之前「英皇娛樂容祖兒告《壹週刊》誹謗」這則新聞為例，這一例正是因為該報社刊登之報道失實而被控告，惹來官非。再者，虛假失實的報道､捏造新聞､跨大和扭曲新聞等，往往都會增加該報社的生意，但同時也要冒著被控告的風險。

3. 我認為A1頭條應是放置一些極巨影響性和震撼性的新聞。這樣不但會吸引讀者們的注意，還可以藉此來增加我報社的生意。
