Finished the interview. Thanks Lord for giving me a sense of peace and calmness. After hearing from the principal, I don't really want to teach there because I have to wake up really early every day. I beg I can't stand it. And I have to go to school on Saturday morning to hold extra-curricular activities or meetings. It is really time-consuming and tiring.

Apart from these, I am partly satisfied with my performance today. On one hand, I kept calm and confident. However, my answers to the question of how to motivate students with low language standard and motivation were not satisfactory enough. If I had been given another chance to answer, I wouldn't have answered that way. Anyway, I am gaining interviewing experiences, which are paving for my upcoming interviews. Hope God lead me to the most suitable school.
