Dear Lord,

Thank you so much for your blessings on my teaching. I found great improvement in my lessons. It is the first time I've met the 2a/b class. They are the weakest among the weakest classes. I could sense that as soon as I stepped into the classroom. The first thing they asked for was to choose their own seats. But I decided not to let them do so as I have to be the one in charge of the class. This time, I won't let my students be the leader of the classroom. I am THE ONE! I tried to strike a balance between strictness and leniency. I was satisfied with my classroom management this time. I am so proud of myself. But I gave thanks to God immediately because I believed that it was Your blessings. Without You, I can hardly do a thing. Thank you, my dear Lord!

For the other class, 2c/d/e, I did better this time because I did pray for that. God, again, it's Your blessing. I will improve every day with your grace. I do want to be a "powerful" teahcer", who teaches effectively as well as being a role model for her students. I am waiting for this day to come.
