Today, the weather clear, and so we decided to implement our progra

First, we go  Museum Marítimo to see the exhibits m today, we startat the supermarket, with a limited amount of money we have towards our goals and objectives.

Macau Maritime Museum
Between the ground and first floor loft to display a dozen ships of Portugal the traditional model of the vessel. In the model above, a screen to introduce a variety ofsources and uses of the vessel. In addition, there are two magnificent ship model -Crayola Sagres number and number.

On the first floor exhibition hall, people feel like being in the ship's deck. The top floor ofthe museum's exhibits and marine technology and marine transportation related. There are also electronic weather guide that provides daily information on weather and air quality.

There is also gathered colorful variety of marine fish and shell of the aquarium. In addition, even if not swim, or go deep-sea exploration.

Here is the Maritime Museum, Maritime Museum had a lot of nautical objects behind us is the sailing of transport - boat, this tool is used to trade in the sixteenth century,explorers.

A-Ma Temple

Origin of the name of our living area- A-Ma Temple

After we had visited Museum Maritimo de Macau, we visited A-Ma Temple. A-Ma Temple situated on the southwest tip of the Macau Peninsula, is one of the oldest and most famous Taoist temples in Macau. Built in 1488, the temple is dedicated to Matsu, the goddess of seafarers and fishermen. When we arrived there, there has lots of tourists from China, Hong Kong etc.

The name Macau is thought to be derived from the name of the temple. It is said that when the Portuguese sailors landed at the coast just outside the temple and asked the name of the place, the natives replied "媽閣"The Portuguese then named the peninsula "Macao". The temple was well described in ancient Chinese texts, as well as represented in paintings. It is also one of the first scenes photographed in China. In 2005 , the temple became one of the designated sites of the Historic Centre of Macau enlisted on UNESCO World Heritage List.

Lunch time (relax...)

After the lunch time , we go to the next place " Ruins of St. Paul". In " Ruins of St. Paul",it has many traveler to watch this scenic spots.After three fire , As a whole, the old Church of Mater Dei, St. Paul’s College and Mount Fortress were all Jesuit constructions and formed what can be perceived as the Macao’s “acropolis”.

We met our friend that he introduced into his plans so we photographed him.

Monte Fort

We go to "Monut Fortress"near by " Ruins of St. Paul".

The fort didn’t see much action over its lifetime andthe cannons were only fired twice in anger,once is resisted Dutch's invasion when 1622.Make macau'people think the Portuguese is good.So the "Monte Fort" can retain until now.

Macau newest museum-Macau Science Center

Exhibition Center

The 5,800 square meters Exhibition Center and its 14 galleries can accommodate over 450 interactive exhibits. The 12 permanent galleries are divided into 4 categories, including Science for Young Adults, Technology, Environment and Lifestyle. Meanwhile, there are 2 galleries available for special exhibitions. All exhibitions feature knowledge, science and fun–oriented interactive exhibits, allowing visitors a hands-on way to explore science.

Planetarium

The centerpiece of the Planetarium is a tilted semi-dome screen nearly 15 meters in diameter, supported by high resolution 3D digital projectors. The Planetarium has around 135 seats equipped with interactive controls. Wearing special glasses, the audience can see 3D images projected onto the screen. Its powerful database, coupled with the amazing projection effects, can take viewers on a journey traveling freely into space. The system can also show digital Dome films, thus making the Planetarium a multi-functional Dome theater.

Convention Center

The 700 square meter Convention Center includes a multi-functional convention hall and four small meeting rooms. The multi-functional convention hall is equipped with professional audio visual facilities.

Reflection:

Heven : In this journey, we had visited some famous historical sites, the newest museum and a park. Actually, these six places have many tourists, but they never cut in a queue. It’s worth for praise it. Macau is the best travel city in our heart. We think that Macau will be become more beautiful.

God: Not only we have known more places in Macau, but also we can see many funny, pretty and different people. If Macau’s government can strongly protect these historical sites, there’s will be more better. Although that day is extremely hot and we were tired, but we were still very happy. It’s because we can cooperate with our group members.

Hades : When Lampard, God and I were waiting other members in Macau Museum. We never complained. So when we finished this trip, we were satisfied. I also have a new knowledge about my group members, such as Mick’s humor, Heven’s smart etc. I feel glad because I can travel with these good friends. I hope we can travel once again.

Lampard : Although Macau isn’t a big place, but in Macau, you will discover that people have a casual life style. When you go to some parks, you can see many children, old people and teenager always smile. In here, you don’t need to like some Hong Kong people, always hurry up, tension their life.

Mick : It’s not a good way to enjoy your life. If you want to relax and enjoy your life, welcome to Macau. In there, you can find out that life can be tighten, also can be relaxed. So please hurry up to visit Macau, enjoy yourself, enjoy your terrific journey!
