Five years ago, he even didn’t know how to hold the microphone and debut as the main character of LM.C. His weapons are “freedom”, “innocence” and “romantic”. Since then, he goes through many tableaus, through these, he understand density is committed to the stars, also understand he and “partners” should keep on shinning. In the galaxy called LM.C, has the exists of maya.

--------The 1st Single already released for 5 years. Unexpectedly, not all the songs are included in here.
Seriously, should be changed into this way. Actually we started to produce many songs at the same time, so it’s a bit difficult to tell you which song is the first one we recorded (笑). I think should be “Loud_Mucker_Complex” or “Boon” (both are included in GLITTER LOUD BOX). Because want you all understand easily, so just let “☆Rock the LM.C☆” be the first song we recorded.
--------Also because you both prepared many songs before debut, so the CDs released at first were not just single, but in an unusual way, right?
At that time, we just want all of you listen more songs by LM.C. We didn’t want to limited by a song, and it’s the only debut song! I felt like couldn’t express all the things clearly…If now, I may think just “it’s enough and doesn’t matter!” but 5 years before I felt “if there is only one song, it can’t show everything of LM.C, and hope people won’t misunderstand us, so first we hope was to let more people listen our songs.”
--------You both took the MV of “☆Rock the LM.C☆” and “little Fát Màn boy” in the same day too.
We took the videos in the same day continuously. Until now I still remember clearly.
--------For maya, that should be the first time of taking music video.
Yes. It was the first time in my life. Especially in “☆Rock the LM.C☆” I was the first time standing in front the camera and being a vocalist, also the first time standing in front super that pretend as the fans. I even didn’t know how to hold the microphone (笑). It’s really incredible. Unexpectedly, the first time I sing in front of people was for the MV but not in the first live of LM.C.
--------The idea of using super was from maya yourself.
When Aiji heard my idea was shocked and asked “Really?!”(笑). I just think that if it start from ourselves, we seem to know the future. Although we hadn’t held any live by the name of LM.C, we started to draw the “image” already. Even it’s doubtful, we still wanted to experience it than any one.
--------In this way, the MV included in Best the LM.C limited edition can let all of us review how you look at that time, it also let us look forward.
However, even now when I look at how choppy was I. I am shocked (笑). It proves how long the 5 years is. Perception of long period of time grazing in Nagano are obviously shown in the videos (笑). The recording of the video on 12thAug, 2006 was a very important “start”, it must be real.
--------There are so many different starts for maya.
Yes, quite a lot. Such as 2ndApr, 2006, 5years ago the first time we announced the exist of LM.C, the first time let Aiji listen to my song, the moment of Aiji said “Just work with me” after that, etc. There are many first time that create and affect LM.C a lot.
--------maya does remember what happened at that time clearly and even the date. You are really good at organize information.
Not because I want to remember them, it happens naturally. Especially when that day is near, I will think of “Oh! The released date of a CD is near.” Or “that live was held on that day.” etc.
--------In this way, the mental part of maya is quite similar to a girl. Just like want to celebrate the anniversaries.
Oh, maybe I am (笑). It start since long time ago. But still I don’t force some on to celebrate with me. Oh, in my situation, the “some one” should be senpai (笑). Aiji is the one who totally not interested in it.
--------I think he is some one like, when you notice him, his reply is just “oh” or “I see” and leave it alone.
Our senpai won’t just says “Oh I see” and leave it. Sometimes because he forgot something and will blame me. He will say something like “Huh? What’s that? Is that important?” Till now, Aiji is still the same.
--------Haha (笑). But for maya as a vocalist and a solely responsible singer , you changed a lot. Specifically , such as “OH MY JULIET.” , you said that “actually I still have a lot need to improve and develop, but the only thing I can do right now is this song. ”
Oh~ I said such kind of things before. How can I explain? Maybe at that time I was not conscious, or just said it casually. But about the concert, the feeling of accumulate experience is very sincere. At that time we just held a few live, maybe others couldn’t feel any changes but I am feeling the difference and carry out the live. I can still remember it.
--------By the way, “OH MY JULIET.” just like the name, the create motive should be the movie “Romeo and Juliet”, right? Before the release of “88”, the lyrics written by maya seems to use movies as create motives.
Compare to now, I was trying to express things through a movie or a story.
--------In these few years, maya expresses your own feeling or the things you wanted to tell those who love LM.C directly and completely written them out. It is a contrast to the previous way.
Accidentally, I think there are no changes. The most important is when I wanted to sing out the song with my own feeling, if now I can use words to express directly, then, I needed to analogy to express. Maybe I wanted to “fuzzy the focus” automatically.
--------Maybe the 4th single “BOYS & GIRLS” can prove or simply explain the sentence “Accidentally, there is no change in basic.” Because when it released, maya said that “Maybe, I want to receive courage from this song.”
It has never change even no. the history of LM.C was still short, unlike now, there were just little partners, we need songs like “BOYS & GIRLS” that can be perform on the stage. So some how is likes setting a time-limit, hope one day I can let all of you feel my own feeling of the song.
--------It’s quite interesting that in this song, there is already a lyrics linked “88” and “Hoshi no Arika” <手を伸ばせばいつかあの星に手が届くと本気で思っていた> (If I reached my hand out I would someday be able to reach that star).
Oh I see. Consequently, at the period of “BOYS & GIRLS”, maybe many fundament elements were set up. But not just this song, since “☆Rock the LM.C☆”, both of us clearly knows that what we want to show or how is the world we want to create. Maybe we just show the image we want through LM.C.
--------When “LIAR LIAR” released, maya said “In my own, this song will be more meaningful after years.” Just like a prediction.
Wow! I said that before. It’s correct.
--------It’s really correct.
LM.C started to work for a year, it’s the time for us to have some changes, and “LIAR LIAR” was written in this period. Since that time we started to have more and more partners and I wanted to put all my feeling and what I wanted to show into the song. But changing that kind of idea into a piece of work will take a long time is a truth. It’s because I was thinking about should I use a story to express or just show the feeling directly, it was a difficult decision. Finally, the lyrics are in between these two ways. I always mention that “Is there any love?” recently and it develops the sprit of Under One Roof, I can feel that in that period already.

--------That mean it’s an important turning point.
Just realize that I am not just producing music, but using music and the common things that both partners and I have, “LIAR LIAR” taught me this.
