||    5:30pm go out

||    and then drive motorcycle to go 松山.

||    5:45pm begin run

||    7:00pm go home

||    We ran three circles.

||    But we have one circle is walk,

||    The others is half ran and half walking.

||    All body is sweat. Feeling good....

||    And then go home to take a bath.

||    8:00pm go out to have dinner.

||    And then drive car to go Karman'home.

||    Because I return the car to her.

||    And then come back home.
