With April’s heat comes more basketball madness. Nike Air Jordan Basketball has shown its staying power in the public based on the interest that they have shown. As a gift, this pair of Nike Air Max LeBron 7 customized by a Chicago artist named Jeff   air jordan 5  Zimmerman was presented to Lebron James  at Nike’s grassroots activities in Chicago. Zimmermann has achieved national and international recognition for his large-scale murals featuring painted images of contemporary pop-culture and sensitively rendered portraits. His pop-culture references range from innocuous consumer products such as beer cans, hard candy rings, and high heeled shoes, to more symbolically-charged images like portraits of political figures. The artist’s background as a graphic designer explains his shrewd use of flashy and graphic forms. Zimmerman was inspired by James’ achievements on and off the court. He wanted the shoes to express LeBron’s positive energy through color and motion. To represent Chicago, Zimmerman wove in the Chicago city flag. For a bit of levity, Zimmerman added “a Chicago-style hot dog symbolizing the fun that amateurs have trying to be a ‘hot dog’ on the court.” He included a worn-in Nike swoosh to represent the idea that “experience, plus practice and hard work, make us who we are.”

As a result of a never ending union of art and fashion, Adidas and UK artist Mysterious AL created a partnership to design the classic Superstar with the artist work in mind. The shoe is made in black mesh upper, adorned with the artist’ ghostly animated technique with a glow in the dark heel tab, and sketches of mummies on the tongue and insole. Designer MAYOR has continuously amazed us with his outrageous & unique collection of AF1 creations. For this particular design, he used platinum metallic leather on the outside and suede as inner lining, making these kicks a one-of-a-kind AF1. Nike Air Force 1 has always been synonymous with simplicity and practicality since you can match it with everything. JGoodsCustom tweak it a bit again. They incorporated blue pixels that fade from the back of the heel to the front that ends in the middle of the shoe. In addition, they made the swoosh and heel pannel gold, making it pop out and giving it a nice contrast. They also made there own custom tongue tag and insole with their very own jgoods logo. They did a great job with the color scheme it looks factory made. I wish Nike will add this in there production, atleast AF1 wont be so plain anymore!

Sneaker customizer,   cheap clothing   AKALAZY, has customized a special Nike Air Force 1 for DJ Clark Kent. This custom by Lazy use an Air Force 1 Low as a base for his custom and the result is a gorgeous all over denim AF1 that presumably only DJ Clark Kent will own. The entire upper is covered in denim that is stained and a bit distressed, the Swoosh uses another peice of denim, and the stitching used on the shoe comes in a bright Yellow color.

Where do I start? Who ever said patience is a virtue was wrong when it comes air jordan 3     to Jordan collectors. A few months back, we receive the greatest news we’ve heard this year: the unveiling of the Air Jordan 3 True Blue comeback! Initially, everyone knew they were an international release but we all had our fingers crossed and were almost certain that they would make their way into the states. Unfortunately, that is NOT happening. What is going on with Air Jordan Brand? Last time I checked, this is where it all started… Michael Jordan  the Championships, the history, the legacy… Why are we the ones that are left out?

This year, Nike and Jordan Brand will once again team up with the Doernbecher Children’s Hospital for another round of special Freestyle releases. Following the amazing Air Jordan 1 designed last year by Tony Taylor Jr., this year will see the release of a Doernbecher Freestyle edition of the Air Jordan VI. The shoe sports an Olympic-like color scheme with a navy blue suede upper accented by red and gold highlights. As with many of the other Doernbecher kicks, the shoe also features some detailed graphics and designs on the upper and both heels have an embroidered number 1 in a circle. As a final touch, the question “What Time Is It?” and the answer, “Game Time!” are include on labels inside the

Over the last year or so, sneakerheads seem to have become more and more disillusioned with recent Jordan Brand releases. The Air Jordan Force Fusion series definitely had a major hand in turning off a lot of longtime Jordan purists, and even with a number of nice Retro releases, there always seemed to be something for Jordan-heads to complain about. That said, there appears to be some light at the end of the tunnel with a very strong line-up of both new and retro releases for 2010. Between the spring and summer of next year, Jordan Brand will be bringing back the Air Jordan VI in four different versions that include both new and beloved OG colorways. On the subject of OG’s, the Air Jordan II will be making a comeback in its original White/Varsity Red/Black “Quarter Finals” colorway. Joining the Retro party will also be a White/Black/Navy snakeskin edition of the Air Jordan XI, which many are speculating to be similar to the Low snakeskin versions that dropped a few years back.
