Is my failure to use English effectively a problem of my teachers or a problem of my own? I think that my failure to use English effectively is a problem of both my teachers and a problem of me. For the teachers, if they have good English and very well to teach English,students are easily to understand English. But,if they are not good to teach English and they're English are very bad, students are very hard to understand English,it is influence to the students. Also, I think that students should make themselves are interest in english, at least have some basic english standerd, so that they can easy to understand.Actully, if we have any question about the lesson, we should ask teacher, and I think Iif the teacher is a good teacher,he/she is very wanting to help you. At least,if we don't want to failure to use english effectively, we should read more english book or english newspaper, it can improve our English.
