今日上PE堂跑步,點知隻鞋太大甩左出黎....
我成個人跌低左,右手同左腳都損左...痛><

F.6 work hard -> F.7 no pain
F.6 honey moon -> F.7 die hard

I think I've done my best to work hard when I was F.6...But...
It seems that it violates the principle of  "no pain, no gain"...
