A long, happy Chinese New Year hoilday has gone. The hoilday of this year is likely to be the best one in my life. It's unforgettable and happy time. Today, I have to go to school. The second term has started.

As I remember that I went to my paternal grandmother's home before the new year eve. A lot of my relations came and we paid a courtesy call to each other. The married relations gave me the red packet. All of us were elated and no one sleeping on the night of new year eve.

In the next day, the New Year Day, we went to other relation's home to paid a courtesy call to each other. My relations gave us some tasty pastry and cakes. I love the pastry which is made of rice and used mainly in the lunar New Year period, especially fried with eggs. It taste sweet and smooth.

After two days, we went to garandfather's home which is in the mainland China. In there, we can found a lot of hard working farmers which are speak in their dialect. Their language is not the same as common spoken Chinese. I have learnt this when I was six. My grandfather is one of the farmers.

My uncle, who is a little brother of my mother, is a nice guy. He is a driver and he took care of me when I was two. Since I was seven, I have not saw him until now. We miss each other. To welcome our coming, he bought some firecrackers and played with us. 

After three days, we went back to HongKong and waiting for the end of the new year hoilday.

Today's Valentine's Day, Ears and Yanesse gave us a packet of tasty chocolate cookies. Thank you very much!
