今日終於寫完了一份Paper~topic 是 "The relationship between pheochromocytoma and hypertension"

我覺得成立大聯盟是我人生中最大的成就~雖然大聯盟曾經幫助的人不算多~

大聯盟曾舉辦的活動:
(1)2000聖誕大聯盟
我、二家姐、Ada買了百多份聖誕禮物派給孤兒院的小朋友們~和他們唱聖誕歌、玩遊戲

(2)2001 印度義工之旅
歷時半年~共有5位大聯盟成員參加~不過有3位因要回港工作~只逼留了一個月(感謝他們用自己的假期參與)~~為何選擇印度?因為德蘭修女一生在印度幫助人~我也想體驗印度義工的生活~這次活動使我領會很深

(3)2003 抗SARS
這次只有我參加~其實不可以算是大聯盟活動~那時HA招募義工~那我就回港在PWH幫忙~除了能幫助人外~對自己來說也是寶貴的人生經驗

(4)2006 人人有圖書
我和三哥買了三百本圖書~送給天水圍區綜援家庭的小朋友
精采對話:
Mervyn:「這本是我最喜愛的~賣火柴的女孩~我要這本!!」
三哥(一手搶了本書):「不行~竟然和小朋友爭書」

小妹妹:「哥哥，可不可以說白雪公主給我聽?」
Mervyn:「(前略)皇后問~魔鏡魔鏡..世界上誰最靚~~魔鏡答~當然是..坐在我身旁可愛的小妹妹最靚!」
小妹妹哈哈大笑

(5)2006 學業輔導計劃
為旺角、太子區在學業上需要幫助的中學生提供免費學科輔導~因只有我一人參與 ...所以只提供理科輔導~計劃將於2006年底結束

46/F,BC, Stage3A(T3,N2,M0),the diameter of the tumor is 5cm and has spread to axillary lymph nodes~ST:Segmental mastectomy (w/lymph node dissection),chemotherapy after surgery

Due to the increasing number of elders who are not convinence to go out but in need of MT services,I am planning to visit them and provides them for free MT services.

Details:From Jan 2007 onward,I will set up a team to visit elders who live alone and suffering from chronic illness (e.g hypertension, diabetes, etc). We will provide them MT services, help them for housework and chatting with them.All the expenditure of MT services will be provided by me and my brother,we will not charge the elders for any fees.We are planning to visit 5~6 elders per week.However,because of our resources are limited,we can only provide this service to those who live in MK and PE district.I apologize to those who live in other districts.

在二家姐家中發生的事

二家姐和三哥玩~把她的愛犬拋來拋去~怎料有次拋得太高~三哥接不到~愛犬應聲跌落地~頭部受傷躺在地上一動也不動~心臟停頓~~大家也很緊張~~that's fine~我立刻拿冰袋敷在牠的頭上~避免牠的組織壞死~減慢血液循環(減慢內出血)~~二家姐拿了養魚氣泵插入牠的鼻孔~我就幫牠CPR~~三哥就負責找最近的vet~~最後奇跡地生還~~Vet說因急救功夫做得好~~不過二家姐一拋就真是一擲千金(Vet收費高昂)

Q: Doctor, before you performed the autopsy, did you check for a pulse?
A: No.
Q: Did you check for blood pressure?
A: No.
Q: Did you check for breathing?
A: No.
Q: So, then is it possible that the patient was alive when you began the autopsy?
A: No.
Q: How can you be so sure, Doctor?
A: Because his brain was sitting on my desk in a jar.
Q: But could the patient have still been alive, nevertheless?
A: Yes, it is possible that he could have been alive and practising law.

FUC:1/M~ddx Neuroblastoma~ST:Immunotherapy,WL Tandem transplantation MT:BSO,Melphalan hydrochloride,I-131 mIBG

近兩日SOPD變了像 paediatric 般~~今日的第一位~1/M,經USG,BCS,CT scan後證實 Neuroblastoma,SC:MRI,BMA,CT Neuro

Next~62/M,NSCLC~由於是CIS(Stage 2B), prognosis 頗為樂觀,ST:resect the inferior and the middle lobes of right lung by surgery (lobectomy)

還有一位新由GOPD transfer來的~2/M,看完history後懷疑是HB~SC:CT liver,MRI,biopsy,USG

P.S今日踩過界去了A房幫忙

在HA工作以來第一次月薪有六位數字~雖然我有不少同學已過了~仍然有一份感動

我將一半捐了給無國界醫生~以支持他們的工作~未來還會繼續支持!!

昨晚三哥約我dinner~這餐dinner可謂multi-functional~(i)慶祝三哥的生日;(ii)慶祝聖誕節;(iii)慶祝我升職~~由於三哥做的dept非常繁忙~所以慶祝的地點亦要遷就他~canteen!!
