教你點揀射頻拉緊瘦面療程
2010 年 9 月 9 日 星期四 | 醫學美容風經巳吹遍整個美容界，無論傳統的美容院還是到執業醫生都主張激光、彩光、RF等等的技術，我們作為消費者，其實完全不明所以，許多友人經常問我相關問題，聽到的大多數都是：「我去開嘅美容院話做RF可以瘦面，係咪真架？」又或是「做激光啦！我塊面白咗又滑咗！」
但當我問到她們做的是那種激光或RF時，全部女性友人都是答不上的。這就是我想說的問題所在，大部份的女性，都是沒有真真正正理解自己做的治療是甚麼。今次先為大家介紹一下時下流行的RF(Radio Frequency，即中文的射頻，台灣稱為電磁波)，簡單地說，我將它分為兩類，一類是淺層的治療保飬（今次主要說說這一類，因為市面上多不勝數），另一類的則是深層對抗老化肌膚的重量級治療，必定要由醫生操作，當中最為聞名的叫Thermage，遲一些再和大家分享。
這部便是我的一般保飬級別的單極射頻儀，深層一點的那部名叫Polaris。
做完RF後我會再選擇導入維他命C的治療，因為這個配對使皮膚更加白滑和緊緻。
一般醫學美容院（由治療師操作儀器）的RF名稱非常之多，尤其是小型打正旗號以醫學為主的美容院仔）怎樣選擇，其實要針對面部鬆馳，我會選擇單極RF，因為單極是可以深入皮膚較深層，有效以熱力使皮膚深層組織收緊及刺激膠原增生，提升面部輪廓。在一般美容院的單極RF是要進行治療的人按著一塊導電片，當電流流動過身體時經這塊導電片帶出，而雙極的就不用導電片，電流只在治療器運作頭上流動，作用較淺層，所以相對地治療次數較多。（請記著，我今次討論的只是單一的RF儀器，不是那種醫學用的laser加RF如Polaris這類，又或是最新的三極RF減肥那種）。
而我一向光顧開的醫學美院中心就是以單極RF來作一般保飬，當然我也有在同一中心進行Polaris（RF+laser）再深層一點的治療，暫時來說，我的皮膚未到達鬆馳階段，這兩種巳經足夠有餘，每星期我會進行一次單極RF（這是基本保飬），每月做一次Polaris便可以完全拉緊了。
治療師集中火力為我的下巴及頸部進行射頻
完成RF後，便是維他命Ｃ導入，材料是日本制的
維他命Ｃ粉加蒸溜水。
最後敷上保濕mask 便完成，看看我的面，其實
都尖尖的，多得做對兩款RF，面部頸部無下垂。
各位姐妹，你的RF又是那一種呢？一般保飬級別的價錢相對較平，千萬不要以為單靠一般保飬級別來深層改善你的超級鬆馳皮膚啊！
