This case highlights a weakness of the tax system where the Tax Office administers the tax act by issuing rulings and determinations upon which taxpayers are supposed to rely, The problem is that when there is doubt the Tax Office will interpret the legislation in most cases to the detriment of taxpayers!
This recent case is not an isolated incident! A prime example was in the mid-1980s, when the Tax Office overtaxed people who received lump sum payments after losing their jobs, This was done despite the explanatory notes that accompanied the legislation clearly not supporting the ATO's position! At the heart of a lot of the problems are two main sections of the tax act. On pntre dans l'enceinte du stade! et on file vers un tour derrire la scne. On remarque deux Mercds et un Joeystarr trs dtendu. Les jeunes de Sexion d'Assaut sont sur le point de grimper sur scne, a se checke un peu droite gauche! Face au public un type fait des blagues sur les jeans slims! a marche pas mal. Vingt heures, Sexion d'Assaut monte sur les trteaux! Pour trois gros quarts d'heure de mise en bouche, dont l'apoge sera Dsol! petit tube du moment qui place NTM dans de bonnes conditions,

Alors du coup il faut se faire entendre et Joeyresta utilise pour cela son traditionnel crid de guerre ( Du Bruuuuuuit ) qu'il utilisera 43 fois au total lors de maillot equipe de france foot cette soire! frappant parfois avec deux doigts sur sa glotte pour le rendre encore plus rageur! NTM enchane les hits derrire des crans lumineux qui bougent un peu avec les basses mais au final on se demande si a n'est pas fait exprs. a rappelle un peu Daft Punk. Puis c'est au tour de Raggasonic de venir sur scne chanter Aiguis comme une lame en mode old timer, Joeystarr secoue un peu les bobos qui se ramollissent. mais qui retrouve toute leur nergie avec Qu'est ce qu'on attend qui vaudra des tirs de feu d'artifice de la foule et l'allumage de fumignes aux abords de la scne : du coup y'a comme le feu. mais tout se disperse la fin de la chanson, NTM quitte la scne avant de revenir avec une version du Monde de demain et de Police dont Kool Shen rappelle la permanence! trs juste titre, Le concert sachve avec une version en forme dapothose de Smells Like Teen Spirit adapt SeineSaintDenisStyle! et tout le monde rentre se coucher sur les fesses!
