today, i am standing at the top of macau.

i am lucky enough to hava a Sky Walk at macau tower.

it's a pity that i forget to bring my camera. so i miss many great photos today.

but you still can find me in other classmate's camera, i am thinking how to collect all of them.

the most unforgetable part today of course is the Sky Walk! 

i am not dare to say i am not afraid. but just a little bit.

because i trust my safe belt. i am no doubt about it can guarantee my safety.

when i sit at the edge of the floor, i release my hands and enjoy the wonderful view without any fear.

in my opinion, as a leader,

i should also release my hands and assign authority to my partners and let them exert theire talent.

i have to trust them and their ablity. believing that they are able to  accomplish the task.  

i enjoy the retreat today very much. it give me a meaningful and interesting day. i won't forget today.
