Am I following the plan? ¤ÀÃþ: ¥¼¤ÀÃþ

I forgot to metion in my last diary that, I have no choice for my meal. What can I eat is only follow what my family eat. My dad love cooking so much, but, as like as a chef, he puts lots of oils, condiment, which I hate so much. I need to on diet, but he never considering me! Fine, let's back to the topic.

Day 1

I ate a bread with cheese and ham which brought by my parents from Maxim's. Of course! What I must have in the morning, is a cup of COFFEE! The OLD TOWN, my favourite!

After my breakfast, I rush to my office and start my boring works...

Since it is really really boring, I ate some snake, some sweets. Oh my God! I can feel that I'm getting fatter and fatter:(

Lunch, fried pork with rice. I hate having a meal without vegitables. I only ate one third of it and I gave up. So, I believed that I can have a light meal on that day.

However, my ex-colleague, Vanna,  she visited us with lots of delicious cakes, and she won... I ate one of it...

Dinner, my beloved came to my home and eat together, I think it was the lightest meal I ate in that day :")

 

Day 2

Same as day 1, nothing special :/

Lunch, all were the vegitables! Yeah! Love it so much (H)

Dinner, sha-bu sha-bu with my dearest friends! I love them so much. They always stand by me, and never let me give up. They support me whenever I need them. They argue with me but all for my own good! Haha!

 

Day 3

Same as day 1, so boring -_-

Lunch, today we went to Yum-cha to celebrate Dorothy's birthday. So full... So expensive >< My Godness! Already over my budget..:(

Night, a small moon-cake, and a small pudding :)

My beloved said, we will marry within 2years (h) I hope so

Time to on diet! ¤ÀÃþ: ¥¼¤ÀÃþ

Today, I promise, I must on diet, start from today!

The way to let me getting thiner should be exercises.

However, I have no time. Besides, since some reasons, I cannot do exercise in my home!

But, trust me, I can get thinner, by having my meal in lightly way.

I will, and I must, post what do I eat/do which is about my plan as said in this diary.

Just give me 1 month to see the result.
