隨著經濟健康教育知識的普及，幾乎人人都知道這些蛋白質與身體的免疫力有很大的關系。也有一些人就是為了能夠提高自身免疫力，大量攝入蛋白質。合理的補充提供優質蛋白質，可以通過提高學生免疫力。但是，需要我們注意的是，蛋白質補多補少都不行。
為什么不能或多或少?
①缺乏:人體蛋白質的缺乏會影響機體的自我修複，免疫球蛋白的免疫力也會因蛋白質的缺乏而降低。蛋白質與肌肉組織有關，攝入不足，肌肉含量就會減少!
② 補多了：過多的蛋白質的攝入也是很危險的，會增加以及腎髒的代謝負擔，導致患者腎髒中尿素可以增加，蛋白質資源消耗我們還會不斷出現含氮廢物，不利於提高人體的健康。
不要錯過這些蛋白質!
1. 主食：
很多人以為主食就是提供碳水化合物，其實主食也含有蛋白質。比如大米中的pro含量為8% ~ 10%，包括穀蛋白、清蛋白、球蛋白、醇溶蛋白，相對容易被人體吸收。面粉中蛋白質含量:高筋面粉:10.5-13.5%，中筋面粉:8.0-10.5%，低筋面粉:6.5-8.5%。面粉中的pro主要是醇溶蛋白、麥穀蛋白等。麥角蛋白屬於半完全蛋白質，吸收率不是特別好，需要和其他種類的蛋白質一起吃。因此，每人每天應攝入250 ~ 400克主食。
2. 肉蛋類：
肉和蛋中的蛋白質幾乎都是優質蛋白質，含有白蛋白、肌肉蛋白、卵清蛋白等。但我們常說的膠原蛋白除外，膠原蛋白是一種不完全的蛋白質，吸收率很差!建議每天食用45-75克肉類和1-2個雞蛋,有人喜歡用熬雞精來補充營養。
3. 乳類：
牛奶中含有的蛋白質屬於優質蛋白質，富含酪蛋白和乳清蛋白，吸收率比較高，牛奶蛋白質非常適合正在生長的兒童和大部分恢複期患者食用。建議每天喝300ml左右的牛奶，或者其他相應的乳制品。
4. 豆類：
大豆中含有大豆相關蛋白，屬於自己完全不同蛋白，吸收率高。建議我們每天工作或者通過每周進行安排至少三四次的豆制品，豆制品不含膽固醇，素食主義者或“三高”患者，可以用豆制品代替或減少我國肉類攝入量補充豆腐蛋白質。
5. 堅果：
大多數人認為堅果是一種使人發胖的高脂肪食物。但另一方面，堅果的蛋白質含量很高。例如核桃、腰果、杏仁、花生等，其中花生蛋白含量最高達24% ，但吸收率不超過大豆蛋白的吸收率。建議每人每天吃大約15克堅果!
以上五種蛋白質，推薦生活中不可錯過。在補充蛋白質的同時，還要注意一個原則，這也是提高蛋白質吸收率的好方法:不同種類的蛋白質食物盡量一起吃，間隔時間越短越好。比如米飯單獨吃，蛋白質中的吸收率不太好，但是如果能在米飯中加入一些鷹嘴豆、黑豆、黑米、紅豆、綠豆，吸收率會大大提高!
