今天是看正電子掃瞄結果的日子，在等候的三小時，在資源中心看“宮心計”大結局打發時間。1時半終可見到開完會繼續睇症的許醫生了。報告顯示有懷疑癌細胞在肝臟著床，也發現在股及大腿間肌肉內有一細小陰影，這是十分罕見的。醫生說也可能是肌肉發炎，故安排磁力共震掃瞄，以再確定。同時，再作血液檢驗EBV-DNA的指素，看是否仍處於高水平。如果回落，則可繼續監察，一旦仍高，就再商議用何種治療。三月曾作消融手術消滅癌腫的肝臟，為何又再出現癌細胞，很大可能是癌細胞已出現抗葯性，比以前頑強，須要身體有更大的免疫力去對抗。所以下午往見吳錦教授時，她就給與一些較強的抗癌葯。因為吃了中葯的這段時間，感覺上身體及精神比較好，我是對此很有信心。
Today is the day to PWH for the result of PET scan taken last Tue. When arriving, Dr. Hui is at the meeting. We waited for 3 hours until his return from meeting. During the waiting time, we watch the TVB programme '宮心計" ending story at the patient resources centre. About 1:30 pm, Dr. Hui back to meet me. The result showed that two 'shadow' were found in liver, and, muscle inside the thigh/hip (This is very seldom). Dr. Hui also anticipatedthat the shadow inside hip/thigh may be any inflammation on muscle after sports activities. So, he recommended to have a MRI scan to clear it out. In between, blood test has been also done at the same time to compare with the findings. If the EBV-DNA index lowered, close observation will be proceeded. If index still high, will think about any remedies. I asked him why the cancer cells still be found inside liver after the RFA operation in March. The answer was that cancer cells may have the bigger power to resist the chemotherapy medicine, so that my immunization couldn't fight back. However, my situation was stable and I think, depending on the chinese medicine, I feel better. Therefore, Prof. Wu Jin gave me more powerful chinese medicine to against the cancer cells upon my up-to-date situation. I am confident this can really help me.
