| | Daisy Quench and the Clock Tower | Getting her sight away from the moony sky, she was thinking where should she stay for the night.
"Breezy night, and I don't want to sleep in the field again. I hope I can have somewhere to go," she said to herself when she examined the keys. There were thirteen keys, she counted, and everyone had the same symbol as the one on the pocket-watch on one side, and on the other side there were some numbers. 857, 314, 948, 103, 726, 316, she read some of them, these are unrecognizable, what are they used for? Then she looked at the key of 316 again, I like this one, but why? She held the keys, 316 pointing upside and others in her fist, above her head under the moon, and she discovered there was a stream of light coming out from the key, pointing to a point far away. That's interesting, when she turned the key to see if the light was still pointing to the point. It did. She then decided to go to where the light pointed, though she did not know what there will be.
After a minute of two, in front of her was a river, and beside her was a marble arch bridge. I have never seen this kind of bridge before, is it safe enough for me to cross? She then decided to cross the bridge, as she saw the light pointing over the river; and after half and hour, she saw a tall building.
It is a clock tower, and as she looked at the clock, she found the most peculiar thing: The clock is the same as the the pocket-watch. Only size differs. Then she found herself in front of the door of the tower, when she found the thing that was even more peculiar: there were three numbers carved on the door.
316.
How strange. | | Post time︰2006-10-26 06:57 PM [ 訪客留言(0) ] [ 編輯日誌 ] [ 分享至FACEBOOK ] |

| | Daisy Quench and the Clock Tower | As the old woman crossed Breezy Bridge over the river and disappeared in the woods, Daisy kept recollecting who the woman was: she is somehow familiar; and when she picked up the flower-crown, she found that the "crown" was C-shape rather than O-shape. Then she looked at the old golden pocket-watch that was covered with dust, and she found an odd symbol on the back side of it. It looked like some letters, but she could not get a clear image of what it was. Then she open the ticking watch, finding that the clock - or more accurately, the clocks - was formed from two circles. One small was in the middle on top of one large outside. The small one with three hands showed the GMT and the one outside was with many hands, and Daisy did not know whether they had any uses. Eventually she put all her things in her bag, which survived from the lost.
She looked into the sky. It were already stars over her head.
"I know the stars," she said to herself. "Mum had taught me. That's the scorpion and that's the..." Actually, she could not recognize any of the stars. "All the stars look alike," she said when her mother was teaching her about the stars.
"I wish I can remember all of their names," thought Daisy, miserably. | | Post time︰2006-10-20 08:01 PM [ 訪客留言(0) ] [ 編輯日誌 ] [ 分享至FACEBOOK ] |

| | Trouble and Trouble | When one is troubled, most of the most is that he troubles trouble before trouble troubles him. Whenever you have a trouble or troubles, do you not trouble the trouble or the troubles as long as the trouble does not or the troubles do not trouble you, as we say "Never trouble trouble till trouble troubles you"; but be careful, as long as we do not trouble the trouble or the troubles, we should be ready to deal with the trouble or troubles going to trouble you. If you feel troubled reading this article, then you must have trouble the trouble or the troubles before the trouble or the troubles troubles or trouble you, as the title of this very article is "Trouble and Trouble", you can say that this troublesome article is a trouble, or you can say that there are two troubles in the troublesome title of the troublesome article, so that that are troubles. Trouble is the beginning; trouble is the ending. Trouble is Alpha; trouble is Omega. | | Post time︰2006-10-19 07:24 PM [ 訪客留言(0) ] [ 編輯日誌 ] [ 分享至FACEBOOK ] |

| | Daisy Quench Lost Her Purse | Daisy Quench left her home, half happily and half sadly, and went to the blue forget-me-not field. O'er the field, she saw another field of another colour of another flower, half-blooming. It was the lavender in the colour of lavender in the lavender field. Daisy Quench went to see what was that that was soothing her mind and made her so comfortable, and found out that that was the thin lavender smell of the lavender in the colour of lavender in the field of lavender. She lay on the field, and fell asleep, because of the smell of the lavender.
When someone ever fell asleep on the field, making a good dream, he should know that he keeping his belongings kept is the most important thing. If you have ever fell asleep on the field and lost your belongings, do you not feel so miserable. Most of the most, that is the most unfortunate thing can ever happen on a normal guy (or a woman); but this was not the most miserable thing that happened on the poor Daisy Quench.
Daisy Quench found her purse lost when she got up in the evening, and when she tried to go home, she could not: her home disappeared, not even a piece of wood or a pile of ash was found. The only things that left behind were just a flower-crown of forget-me-not, a key-ring of some keys and a handkerchief of white background and blue polka dots. When she picked up the key-ring of keys and the hankerchief, a figure of an old woman appeared next to her.
"Are you Daisy?" said the figure softly.
"No," Daisy replied. She remembered that her mother always told her to say "no" to strangers, and she said "no" without thinking.
"A man told me to give this to a girl here who replied "no" when I asked. I think that is you, so, get this," said the old woman, handing her a pocket-watch, and left quietly.
"What is your name, Ms.?" Daisy asked, but the figure disappeared. | | Post time︰2006-10-15 01:36 PM [ 訪客留言(0) ] [ 編輯日誌 ] [ 分享至FACEBOOK ] |
