Every protject ... the(no the) teammates will(use 'usually' is better) have their own ideas , this is a very simple(not smiple, spelling mistake) thing ....
but I think(not 'thought', why pass tense?) there should be someone mix(use 'combine' is better) the ideas(if there is only one idea, you don't need to mix!) together -- > Leader
Someone says : Leader has their(it should be his/her, if you use their, you should use 'Leaders have') own ideas(i don't think there is only one idea) !
Yup , of course , person instead of human(???) By Wai (* leader is just a human too *) , I think leader and the(no the) teammates' job are(not is) the same.
The difference is how can the leader mix(use 'combine' is better) the ideas(i don't think there is only one idea) as good as he can.
The conclusion are(not is, you can see there are so many points below!) :
1. If an idea identify(a great mistake, is is not identification, identification is a noun, we want a verb to describe, when you see some words end with -ication or -ization, this must be a noun, beware of this!) by all people ,that will be equal to SUCK!
2.If a group can't united , that will be equal to SUCK!
3.If you just use your own way to finish the project , that will be equal to SUCK!
* If you not reply **replay** ,that means you are SUCK! *
These mistakes are very common, beware of the 's', when you write your essay/passage, make sure that you can read the whole essay/passage fluently(流暢地), when you read/find some words that make the sentense strange, there is/are mistake(s) there usually.
These mistakes are easy to correct and find, try your best in English and work harder!
