Every protject ... the teammates will have their own idea , this is very smiple thing ....
but I thought someone must be mix the idea together -- > Leader
Someone say  : Leader has their own idea !
Yup , of course , person instead of human By Wai  (* leader is just a human too *) , I think leader and the teammate job is the same.
The difference is how can the leader mix the idea as good as he can.
The conclusion is :
1. If an idea identification by all people ,that to be equal SUCK!
2.If a group can't united , that to be equal SUCK!
3.If you just use your own way to finish the project , that to be equal SUCK!

(PS: I will use the red colour to highlight the difficult words , and use yellow to highlight the important word , the mistake one will keep and use blue colur to remind myself everytime )
